02 / Business applications

Custom business applications that replace the spreadsheet sprawl.

Internal tools, client portals, intake forms, scheduling flows, and small dashboards. Designed around how your team actually works, not around someone else's software.

What we build

The kinds of applications we take on.

01

Client portals

Authenticated dashboards where clients see project status, documents, and messages — replacing the email-thread tangle.

02

Scheduling and coverage

Shift scheduling, rostering, and coverage views. The kind of thing a printed schedule and three spreadsheets are currently doing badly.

03

Intake forms and workflows

Multi-step intake, routing, and follow-up — with the data going somewhere useful instead of an inbox.

04

Internal dashboards

Operations views, financial summaries, training trackers, and similar — purpose-built screens that show your team what they actually need.

05

Lightweight records systems

Custom CRMs, asset trackers, project registers. When off-the-shelf tools are 80% wrong and 20% right.

06

Integrations

Connections to the tools you already use — calendars, payment processors, accounting, SMS, email — so the app fits into your stack.

How it works

From workflow conversation to deployed app.

  1. Step 01

    Map the workflow.

We sit with you and your team to understand the current process: where it slows down, where data lives, who needs to see what. This is the difference between an app that fits and one that frustrates.

  2. Step 02

    Concept the screens.

Before any code, we show you the key screens, the data model, and the user flows. You react and we adjust while change is still cheap.

  3. Step 03

    Build in small loops.

Short iterations, frequent demos. You stay involved enough to catch issues early without having to manage the build.

  4. Step 04

    Deploy and document.

Hosting, accounts, access, and plain-language documentation. You own the code; another developer could pick it up if they had to.

Next step

Talk through a workflow with us.

If you're not sure whether what you need is a real app, a smarter spreadsheet, or just a better off-the-shelf tool — that's exactly the conversation we like to start with.
